• Application for Foundation Programme is open to all SPM Trial 2011 holders and SPM holders or other equivalent qualifications.(Guidelines for SPM Grading)

• Application for Undergraduate Programme is open to candidates with STPM, Diploma, Malaysian Matriculation, A-Level, International Baccalaureate or other equivalent qualifications.

• Application for Foundation and Undergraduate Programme (Malaysian only) for January 2012 intake must be made through on-line. The closing dates are as stated below:

  • Foundation Programme – closing date is on 23^rd November 2011
  • Undergraduate Programme – closing date is on 4^th December 2011

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PRINTED ON-LINE APPLICATION:

• A copy of applicant’s and parents’ or guardian’s I/C (certified true copy);
• A copy of parents’ or guardian’s salary slip or Borang J (certified true copy);
• A copy of applicant’s birth certificate (certified true copy);
• A copy of applicant’s SPM 2011 Trial OR SPM Actual results  (certified true copy);
• A copy of applicant’s current or highest qualification final result (STPM or Diploma or Malaysian Matriculation or A-Level or International Baccalaureate or other equivalent qualifications) – application for Undergraduate Programme only (certified true copy);
• A copy of applicant’s co-curricular certificates as stated in the on-line application form (certified true copy);
• A copy of CIMB payment slip (RM20.00) as proof of payment for Processing Fee (certified true copy)

All the above documents must be certified by a Government Officer (Division 1) or Oath Commissioner or Penghulu or Headmaster or Deputy Headmaster ONLY.

Last day for submission of documents and printed on-line application is as stated below:

• Foundation Programme – 27^th November 2011
• Undergraduate Programme – 7^th December 2011
