What is the method of application?
I have submitted my application. What is the next process?
Application must be made online (closing date for online application for each intake session will be notified in the UTP website/application portal).
Your application will only be processed WHEN:
- The online application has been submitted (Note: A reference number will be generated and will appear in the pop-up message upon each successful submission); AND
- You are then to check your application status via UTP website within dates as stipulated in the application portal.
Notes: Please remember your email address and your password used for the online application as they are required for future logins - checking of application status etc. iCloud email address are not accepted. Please use an alternative email address.

How much is the total fee and when to pay?
Registration fee for new students is only RM1,300.00 which needs to be paid upon accepting the offer.

Notes:
- Medical check-up for all new students (to be conducted in UTP campus) chargeable separately at approximately RM250.00.
- Students are advised to settle all payments one (1) month prior to the start date of final examination for each semester.
- The Management of UTP reserves the right to revise fees as and when required without prior notice.
Will there be in-campus accommodation available?
Yes. Students will be provided with accommodation for the whole duration of study in UTP. The cost of accommodation is approximately at RM840.00/semester.
Does UTP provide sponsorship?
No. UTP only offers placement for students to further their studies. However, there are certain UTP financial assistance available for those who meet the requirements/criteria. Qualified students will be assisted by the Sponsorship & Welfare Unit in applying for available sponsorship/financial assistance (PTPTN, JPA, MARA, PETRONAS etc).
