- Trial/Official SPM Result OR other equivalent qualifications (i.e. O-Level, IGCSE, etc.)
- Proof of payment of Processing Fee (Internet Banking/Cash Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer) – RM 50.00 Non-refundable.
