UP CLOSE WITH YB SENATOR WAN AHMAD FAYHSAL WAN AHMAD KAMAL
On the 8th of March 2021, The Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, YB Senator Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal, UTP alumni Class of 2008 delivered a lecture under Dr M Pisol, Management & Humanities Department entitled “Shaping Malaysian Politics with New Generation". His sharing session sparks a lot of interest in UTP students to not only be involved in politics but also to start playing their role as the Malaysian youth in society.
This is the second sharing session by YB Senator Wan Ahmad Fayshal with UTP students this year after the “Close Up with YB Senator Wan Fayshal" session on 24th of February 2021. It is certainly an amazing and unforgettable experience for the students to have a close and special connection with one of our prominent alumni via these online sharing sessions.
AN INFLUENCER MAKING HER WAY TO PEOPLE'S HEART
Lim Chia Wei or better known as Cempaka, Class of 2016 emphasized her contentment being a UTP graduate on TV1 last Saturday through Persona XY program. During the interview, Cempaka responded that she is feeling blessed being able to work in Oil & Gas industry. She was discovered by her company during TEC exhibition in UTP.
Cempaka who is also founder of Spice Your CV is currently a trending UTP alumni influencer who constantly shares about UTP on her social accounts and has been inspiring many students to pursue in oil and gas as a choice of preference in study and as a career prospect.
