Warisan Hijau Nature Trail
A guided walk through one of the last remaining freshwater swamp forests in the Kinta Tengah district.
As part of another strategic partnership between Yayasan PETRONAS and Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), the Warisan Hijau Nature Trail was completed in October 2024.
Spanning 950 meters, the trail was developed following extensive baseline studies and visits to the site. Set within one of the last remaining freshwater swamp forests in the Kinta Tengah district, this eco-friendly pathway offers more than just a walk — it is a journey into the heart of nature.
The trail also features an interpretative route, complete with a sustainable boardwalk and informative signage, designed to educate and inspire the UTP community about the crucial importance of environmental conservation.
