PROCEDURES FOR ON-CAMPUS STUDENT​​​S G​OING FOR OVERNIGHT OUTING AND REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE THE RTK ANTIGEN SALIVA SELF-TEST KIT BEFORE ENTERING THE CAMPUS

Dear Students,

 

The University acknowledges of our on-campus students' needs to go for overnight outing for various purposes.  As we are very concerned on the safety and health of all on-campus students and as part of our continuous precautionary measures to safeguard students' against COVID-19, students who go for overnights are required to perform at least the RTK Antigen Saliva Self-Test Kit within 24 hours or one day before entering the campus. This new directive will take effect immediately. 

 

Please read and understand the procedures to request for overnight outing and upload your RTK Antigen Saliva Self-Test Kit result as stated below: 

 

1. All on-campus students who need to go for overnight outing must fill in the Online Outing Form. Please choose the duration of outing as overnight.
2. Those who have completed the abovementioned form must again fill in the Outing & Upload Photo of Covid-19 Test Result Before Entering the Campus Form within 24 Hours or 1 day before entering the campus.
3. In the abovementioned form, it is COMPULSORY for students to upload a clear photo of the RTK Antigen Saliva Self -Test Kit result.
4. If the result is NEGATIVE, you may proceed to travel back into the campus where you will receive notification in your UTP email the approval to return to campus. 
5. If the result is POSITIVE, please stay at home, update your My Sejahtera Apps and wait for further advise from the authorities regarding your status. 
6. You will be denied from entering the campus if you fail to comply with the abovementioned procedures.
