Dear Students,
In line with the Ministry of Higher Education's announcement on 14 September 2021, the University has agreed that students will return to campus in stages beginning 5 October 2021 (Week 5). Only students who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (14 days after the second dose of vaccine, or after 28 days for single-dose vaccines) are allowed to enter the campus.
In this regard, please refer below for the categories of students who have been identified to return to campus:
- Final Year Project 2 (FYP2) with lab component. Please click this

- Postgraduate students with experimental work.
- Students who are taking subjects with practical lab component and/or field trip for September 2021 semester. Please click this

- Students with incomplete status due to lab standing (for semester May 2020, September 2020, January 2021 and May 2021 students). Please click this

- Students with inconducive environment and unstable internet connection.
- Fully vaccinated international students who are living abroad.
All students who have been identified to return to campus will be communicated accordingly via email and MS Teams starting from 22 September 2021. Please click this

Students who are currently at their hometowns and are not under the abovementioned categories are advised to wait for further announcement on the return to campus for January 2022 semester.
Teaching and learning activities will commence via online and hybrid.
The university will ensure that the process of students returning to the campus will strictly adhere to the SOPs prioritising safety and health precautions as well as physical distancing.
