As an outcome of UTP's negotiations with Pejabat Kesihatan Seri Iskandar (PKSI), a vaccination session will be held for all UTP staff who have yet to receive his/her first dose of vaccination this Saturday, 31 July 2021, at UTP campus.
If you have not received any confirmation for your first dose of vaccination and would be able to come to UTP this Saturday for your first dose of vaccination, please register at this link https://forms.office.com/r/EmCnuVCjCu by 10.00 am tomorrow, 27 July 2021. Registration after this time and date or any last-minute requests will not be entertained.
For your information, the vaccination is provided based on the number of staff who have registered at this link only to avoid any vaccines wastage. Any walk-ins will not be entertained.
We highly encourage you to participate in this vaccination session as it is a one-time special arrangement made exclusively for UTP staff.
