Dear Students,
In line with the recent announcement by Perak Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIPk) on 7 July 2021, Masjid An-Nur UTP will hold the Friday and obligatory prayers in congregations according to size of the main prayer hall, in adherence to the prescribed physical distancing measures, effective from Maghrib prayers, 8 July 2021.
Students who wish to pray in Masjid An-Nur are required to strictly adhere to the following SOPs when entering the mosque:
- Wear your face mask
- Bring your own prayer mat
- Check-in using MySejahtera app and scan the QR Code
- Check your body temperature
- Ensure that you do not have any of these symptoms such as high fever, cough and flu
We wish to remind students that the congregations can only be performed in Masjid An-Nur and is not allowed in the villages' surau or student's room or hostel.
