Dear Students,
In line with the recent announcement of the Movement Control Order (MCO) from 22 January to 4 February 2021, students are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
- All students (on and off campus) are to remain at their current respective residences. For on-campus students, they are not allowed to go out from the campus.
- Teaching and learning will proceed as per current practice.
- Students are allowed to do laboratory/research works and utilise the research facilities, but they must first book the laboratory or research facilities via ULab. For off-campus students, they must obtain a letter from UTP if they need to enter/exit the campus (only applicable for students who have laboratory/research works).
- All students' activities including students' clubs, co-curricular, social, sports, religious, economic and recreational activities in groups are not allowed. Only individual jogging and cycling are permitted.
- Cafeterias at Village 2, Village 5 and Block M will operate as usual from 7 am to 10 pm and prepare packed food only. Marts at Village 3, Village 4 and Village 5 will operate from 7 am to 10 pm.
Food delivery service, i.e. GrabFood or Foodpanda, in UTP is available until 10 pm. The food delivery service pick-up point is at UTP Main Gate.
Throughout the MCO, please stay safe, take care of your health, adopt good hygiene practices and practice social distancing.
