Dear Students,
Senate in its meeting on 11 November 2021 has approved that all fully vaccinated students are required to return to campus for January 2022 Semester. All teaching, learning and assessments will be conducted via a mix of online, hybrid and face-to-face approach, adhering to strict SOP. Students who are fully vaccinated and are not willing to return to campus must be aware of the consequences, i.e. there will be some learning activities / assessments that students will not be able to participate in, thus may affect the students’ learning progression.
If a student is not vaccinated due to medical reason, please fill up the ‘Penilaian Kesesuian Menerima Vaksin Covid-19 Bagi Pesakit Dengan Masalah Kesihatan Tertentu’ form issued by the Ministry of Health and email it to COVID Response Team at covid.response@utp.edu.my. Please also include your details and the medical evidence/s from the local government hospitals.
