Communication Pack on Staff Attendance Registration System during the Movement Control Order:

 

In line with the Notice of UTP closure issued by UTP Management, only identified staff directed by the respective Executive Management Committee (EMC) Members can work in the office.

 

In this regard, the COVID Response Team will be utilising the Staff Attendance Registration System during the Movement Control Order to record staff’s movement on campus beginning 20 March 2020. Staff must first fill in the Request Entry Into UTP Form digitally and obtain the respective EMC’s approval before entering the campus.
