Students’ Academic & Non-Academic Activities, Outing a​nd Dine-In Procedures


Dear Students,

 

In line with our Vice Chancellor's circular dated 7 February 2022, the following measures will take effect immediately, until further notice:

 

  1. All teaching, learning, assessment and student supervision will be conducted via online.

     
  2. Lab sessions that require physical hands-on will continue to be conducted via face-to-face as per schedule.  Please communicate with your lecturers on the arrangement of the lab sessions.

     
  3. Academic field trips to proceed as planned, but students need to do self-test before and after the field trip.

     
  4. No dine-in and only packed food is allowed.

     
  5. The outing period for students is 3 hours. 

     
  6. For sports activities, only non-contact sports are allowed.  Please click this link​ for the list of activities allowed and available facilities.  Prior to usage of the facilities, please book through UBooking or fill in the Facilities Requisition Form.  For any enquiries, please email to azrizal.hashri@utp.edu.my

     
  7. All physical co-curricular activities such as club and society meetings, workshops, trainings or events are advised to be postponed or conducted virtually.  For any enquiries, please email to shazrul.roslan@utp.edu.my

     

We will inform you of any updates from time to time.  Please stay safe, take care of your health, adopt good hygiene practices and practice social distancing.
