Dear Students,
In our quest to safeguard students' health and safety and as part of mitigation plans to curb the spread of the contagion of Covid-19 virus on campus, starting from 12 February 2022, all Overnight Outing Requests as well as students who will be returning to campus from a long holiday MUST NOW TAKE THE RTK ANTIGEN NASAL SWAB TEST and to upload the Test Results in the
Online Outing Form under the category of overnight. At this point, we strongly discourage you from going for any outings unless deemed really important.
The test must be performed within 24 hours or 1 day before returning to campus. Students with negative results can proceed to enter the campus and for those who are tested POSITIVE, they must immediately notify the authorities via My Sejahtera Apps.
Please read and understand the following procedures:-
- All on-campus students who need to go for overnight outing must fill in the
Online Outing Form. Please choose the
duration of outing as overnight.
- Students who are now at their hometowns and expected to return to campus soon must also fill in this
FORM.
- After taking the RTK Antigen Test, please upload the results in this
FORM.
- If the result is NEGATIVE, you may proceed to travel back to campus and you are advised to hand over one copy of the results to the Security Personnel before entering the campus.
- If the result is POSITIVE, please stay at home, update your My Sejahtera Apps and wait for further advice from the authorities regarding your status.
