Baker Hughes Experience Fresh Graduate University Hiring (9 - 10 Oct 2009)
9th & 10th October 2009 had marked another new aspiring experience for 15 of our final year students. They had undergone 2 days in-house assessment at Baker Hughes’ warehouse, Singapore. All expenses were fully sponsored by Baker’s Houston as part of their new initiative to search for best talents in Asia Pacific region. The structured assessment covers 70% hands-on technical competencies and 30% of group and individual assessment (case study, presentation, paper test & face to face interview). Panel of assessors consisted of HR Directors from Bakers’ United Kingdom, Bakers’ India, Bakers’ Australia and Bakers’ HQ Houston U.S.A
