Mission
Neuroimage analysis and development of systems focusing on brain assessment and intervention.

Vision
Towards internationally recognised Centre of Excellence for the advancement of neurotechnology for social, work, health and safety issues.

Objectives of HICOE

  1. Conduct translational research in neuroimaging analysis of brain pathways and mental states for quality education, productive workforce and healthy lifestyle.
  2. Develop and innovate brain assessment and intervention tools and systems.
  3. Develop human capital in neurotechnology through short courses, advanced degree programme and consultancy services.
  4. Establish a hub of national and international linkages to enhance academic and research impact, and sustainability of the centre.
