Frontiers in Service Conference was held on 17th to 21th of July 2019 at NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. Dr Amjad Shamim from Centre for Social Transformation for Sustainable Lifestyles (CSS) was attend the conference to present two research papers entitled Tourist- To - Tourist (T2T) Interaction & Co-Creation Experiences in Tourism Destination and Engagement of Actors in Value Co-Creation: Do Self-Construal Matters.

 The Frontiers in Service Conference is an annually conference organized by the Service Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Dr Amjad Shamim received the Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Award by the Service Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) of the American Marketing Association (AMA).

 Dr Amjad met Professor Ming – Hui Huang who is a Professor of artificial intelligence and service marketing at National Taiwan University discussed about the possible collaboration opportunities between UTP and National Taiwan University. She is also the Officer for Asia SERVSIG interested to establish SERVSIG – AMA chapter at UTP near future. There is also possible potential collaboration with Arizano State University and possibility collaborate with industry which is Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Center based in Singapore.
