​SKG03 OF VALUE CO-CREATION

This 2-days course is designed to bring the latest best practices for the participants on how to co-create value and develop enriched experiences for the customers and actors involved in the eco-system. The course offers an inspiring combination of academic excellence and activities with case studies to learn the best practice of value co-creation. The course provides an understanding of the concept and process of value co-creation to the SKG03 community and help in the thought process to practice value co-creation at micro, meso and macro levels. The objective of this event is (1) To provide an understanding of the service thinking perspective of marketing and its use in co-creation of value. (2) To share the value co-creation knowledge and process with SKG03 executives/managers and assist in applying value co-creation in their jobs to deliver higher value to the business.
