“SETBACKS IN SOLAR PV PERFORMANCE AND PROPOSED MITIGATION"
Professor Dr Hussain H. Al-Kayiem was invited as panelist on 24 February 2021 to present on the Wessex Institute of technology - UK International Webinar on the topic of "Setbacks in Solar PV performance and proposed mitigation". The webinar presents current technological developments in harnessing and processing products from renewable energy sources such as solar, biomass and waste. It also deals with challenges for consulting services in the energy sector arising from the emerging smart grid technologies and the adverse consequences of climate change.
Prof Hussain presents the developed technology for PV cooling by integration with ground heat exchanger which have been developed in STARC - UTP.
