Withdrawal from UTP
Students who intend to withdraw from UTP are required to complete the Clearance form that can be obtained from Admission & Registration Unit, Registry Office.

Before Course Registration (Withdrawal before registration day) | - 2% from the Academic and Annual Fee for one (1) semester

After Course Registration until Add/Drop Period (Withdrawal within two (2) weeks in academic semester) | - 16% from the Academic and Annual Fee for one (1) semester

After Add/Drop Period (Withdraws after two (2) weeks in academic semester) | - 100% from the Academic and Annual Fee for one (1) semester
