I'm here to cater to the psychological well-being of UTP students. I employ a practical approach in my sessions and activities to guide you in managing your concerns more effectively. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Art Therapy are among my favourites.
