The UTP 7s Rugby Championship 2020 saw the host teams, UTP Drillers and UTP Drillers Alumni winning in the Cup, Bowl and Plate categories. The former triumphed as the first runner up in the Bowl category and second runner up in the Cup category, while the latter emerged as the first runner up in the Plate category.
The two-day national competition was participated by 24 teams from across Malaysia, including three national players from the 2019 SEA Games. It was organised by Talent Enrichment Unit, Centre of Student Development and UTP Drillers Rugby Club. This was the second edition of UTP 7s Rugby Championship, the first was held in 2019.
