Our Vice Chancellor (VC), Professor Ts. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim bin Abdul Mutalib, shared his ideas, thoughts, and way forward for UTP with UTP's staff yesterday via Microsoft Stream.
He encouraged all to stay united and focused by having the right mindset to thrive in this challenging environment post COVID-19.
Professor VC shared about how we need to align our strategic direction vis-a-vis PETRONAS Statement of Purpose, UTP's new operating model about financial sustainability, and how UTP is optimising manpower for excellence towards Sustainable Global Prominence.
He is also reminding all to push boundaries ahead of challenges, keep the momentum high through Tier 1 KPI and R2C2 for 2021 - 2025, to brace ourselves for the new norm, and to expect the unexpected.
