UTP recently exchanged Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) documents with Skyline University Nigeria (SUN) for academic-research networking. Held virtually, UTP was represented by its Vice Chancellor Professor Ts. Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib while SUN was represented by its Vice Chancellor Dr Sudhakar Kota.
Both parties will collaborate in the areas of staff and students' exchange programmes, exchange of best practices in curriculum designs, collaborative research and internship opportunities.
Signing this MoU is an important step in maintaining a sustainable relationship between UTP and institutions in Africa. With this collaboration, the university hopes that it will pave the way to attract more prospective students from the African countries to study in UTP.
