His Excellency Bulat Sugurbayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Malaysia was received by the Vice Chancellor, Prof Ts. Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib on 17 February 2022 at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).
The objective of the courtesy visit is to strengthen the development of a bilateral partnership with UTP and also to have a closer look at the campus and its facilities.
His Excellency Bulat Sugurbayev was accompanied by Mr Arsen Turgambayev, the First Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Embassy. Also present was Prof Ir Dr Hilmi Mukhtar, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic, Encik Zaimizi Hamdani, Chief Strategy Officer and Puan Shamsina Shaharun, Senior Director of Corporate Communications.
