Dr Huynh Van Bay, Vice Rector (Academic Head Committee) of FPT University (FPTU), Can Tho, Vietnam was received by the Dean of Faculty of Science and Information Technology, Assoc Prof Ts. Dr Jafreezal Jaafar on 21 September 2022 at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).
The objective of the visit is to strengthen UTP and FPTU academic and research collaborations and also to have a closer look at the campus and its facilities.
Dr Huynh Van Bay was accompanied by Dr Tran Thanh Danh, Admissions Head Committee, Ms Dang Thai Bao Vy, International Collaborations Executive and Mr Le Tan Can, Business Department Lecturer.
Also present to receive the delegation were Ts. Dr Aliza Sarlan, Chair of Computer & Information Science (CIS) Department, Assoc Prof Ts. Dr Low Tan Jung, UTP & FPTU Programme Coordinator, other CIS Programme Leaders and Coordinators and also Research Centre Heads.
Later in the afternoon, UTP Vice Chancellor, Professor Ts. Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib hosted the lunch together with Prof Ir Dr Hilmi Mukhtar, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic.
