The Research Advisory Council (RAC) convened for the seventh time recently to discuss on the key topics and foresights towards financial sustainability and agile team transformation at UTP Research Division.
UTP RAC Chairman and Vice Chancellor, Professor Ts Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib commenced the meeting with his opening remarks followed by a context setting on UTP research, innovation and commercialisation delivered by UTP Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Innovation and Commercialisation, Professor Ir Dr Mohd Shahir Liew.
Establish in 2010, the RAC meets annually to garner external insights for the strategic development of the university’s research, innovation and commercialisation.
The council members consist of prominent and esteemed industry captains from Malaysia and international outfits. They are:
