PROBLEM STATEMENT & CURRENT ISSUES
  • Unplanned downtime and maintenance costs
  • Lack of predictive maintenance strategy
  • Resource and inventory management
  • Risk to personnel safety
  • Inaccurate equipment health assessment

USEFULNESS & APPLICATION
  • Capture non-linearity of real-time crack occurrence and propagation due to process parameters changes that provides accurate and close monitoring of equipment healthiness
  • A technology for asset owner to make plant decisions, such as planned shut down or ramp up the process parameter at desire level
  • These information helps on optimized maintenance resources, estimated repair costs, maintenance culture change from preventive to proactive mode that led to smooth operation and maintenance activities without interruption
  • Technology succeeds to deployed at MTBE, PDH, PCEPE, PCFK, MRCSB, PRPC, ABF, BIF, MLNG, MCOT & PCML Plant

IMPACT OF THE PRODUCT
  • Early detection of mechanical issues
  • Improved safety and risk mitigation data-driven decision making
  • Enhanced equipment utilization
  • Cost savings through optimized maintenance

MARKET POTENTIAL
  • Oil & Gas industry
