UTP Signs MoU with Hainan University

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hainan University.
The signing of the MoU is another step toward strengthening collaboration between both institutions on scientific, technical and engineering competencies.
The MoU was signed by UTP Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib and Hainan University Vice President Professor Hu Xinwen.
It was witnessed by UTP Research and Innovation Deputy Vice Chancellor Professor Ir Dr M Shahir Liew and Hainan University Division of International Cooperation and Exchange Deputy Director & College of International Education Vice Dean Mr Wang Hua.
