Dr Chong Su Li, a Senior Lecturer from Centre for Social Transformation for Sustainable Lifestyles (CSS) with specialization in literacy has once again brought UTP’s name to the International arena when a book project she is a part of, received the 'Highly Commendable Runner-Up' award in the United Kingdom Literacy Association (UKLA) academic competition. Dr Chong Su Li is one of the  chapter authors of the book, Young People Reading. The title of her chapter is Pressure, Pleasure and Function: Malaysian Undergraduates Reading Across Boundaries in a University in England.
