UTP Wins Second Consecutive Putra Brand Awards

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) has achieved another feather in its cap, taking home the bronze award at the Putra Brand Awards 2022 in the Education and Learning category. 
 
The attainment of the award marks the second consecutive time UTP brand has been recognised at the Putra Brand Awards. 
 
UTP Vice Chancellor Professor Ts. Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdul Mutalib said it was an honour for the university to win the prestigious award as one of Malaysia’s preferred education providers.
 
“We are proud of this recognition - a significant achievement for UTP as it demonstrates the consumers’ continuous trust, confidence and preference for our winning brand, thus solidifying our position as Malaysia’s number one private university.

“We wish to thank our stakeholders for the trust and confidence in the UTP brand. The award is a testament of our commitment to deliver the best in education. We will continue to strive for excellence and raise the bar in providing outstanding and wholesome experience and service to our consumers – the parents, sponsors, partners and most importantly our students,” he said.
 
The Putra Brand Awards is an initiative by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) to recognise local and international brands that have impacted Malaysians. 
 
Also known as the “People’s Choice Awards”, the award winners are determined by over 25,000 Malaysian consumers who participated in the consumer preference survey to determine their favourite brands across 24 different product and service categories.
